She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Howard and Lilleth Howard (Lemaster); her husband Franklin D. Conley; her stepmother Dovie Howard; her daughter Shelley Conley; her son-in-law John Savey; her siblings, Clarence Howard, Genoa MacFadden, Alma Wright, Creola Mustard, Jean Varner and Agnes Smith; her stepsisters, Hellen Eshem and Marie Neu; and her grandson James Savey.
She is survived by: her children, Byron Scott Conley (Trisha), Christopher Conley (Michelle), Lisa Savey and Beth Oberholzer (Gary). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home (135 Broadway St, Jackson, OH 45640). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
