He was predeceased by: his parents, Junious Webber "June" Hallman, Sr. and Addie Esper Smith Hallman; his wife Willie Mae Philbeck Hallman; and his siblings, Peggy Hall, Betty Seate, Joan Champion, Webber, J. L. and Larry Hallman.
He is survived by: his son Thomas Matthew Hallman of Lincolnton; his grandchildren, Katelyn Prince (Cory), Serra Hallman and Valen Hallman; his great grandchildren, Zoey Prince, Tobias Prince and Marceline Fischer; and his brother Kermit Hallman (Terry) of Vale. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the church of the donor's choice.
