With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jessica Tassitino Johnson (Lincolnton, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 2, 2026 at the age of 39. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Jessica departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Jessica. Though Jessica may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She is survived by: her husband Curtis Johnson of Lincolnton; her daughter Cassandra Taylor Johnson; her parents, Michael Tassitino and Deanna Tassitino of Iron Station; her siblings, Stephenie Berggrun, Michael Tassitino and Meredith Marshall; and her aunts, Donna and Cynthia.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are to be made to St. Peter By-The -Lake Episcopal Church for Jessica, 8433 Fairfield Forest Road, Denver, NC 28037.
