He is survived by: his children, Michael "Red" Vernon (Veronica), Mark Vernon (Holly) and Tammy Reep (Derick); his brother Gilbert "Buster" Vernon; and his pet Archie. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family members, and friends.
