He is survived by: his wife Patricia Houser Fulbright; his daughter Valerie Phillips; his stepchildren, Amanda Moose, Angela Johnson, Melissa Whitener and Joey Doss; his brothers, Westly Lail and Paul LailNumerous; his nieces and nephews, Jeffery Smith (Angela), Christian Lail, Mandy Lail and Baily Lail; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaleb Smith, Justin Clemmons, Wyatt Lail, Sierra Mullins, Marissa Smith, Katie Clemmons, Jenny Clemmons, Haley Clemmons and Reeslyn Lail.
