He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight "Bud" Seagle and Hazel McGinnis Seagle; and his brother Burgin Seagle. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Crump Seagle; his sons, Steven Jones, Mitchell Jones (Courtney) of Indian Trail and Jeff Seagle of Cherryville; his grandsons, Cooper Jones, Drake Jones and Graham Jones; and his siblings, Tim Seagle of Lincolnton, Vic Seagle of Myrtle Beach, SC and Nancy Cable of Lincolnton.
