She is survived by: her children, Chris Carpenter (Sissy) of Lincolnton, David Carpenter (Bobbi Jo) of Lincolnton and Gail Smith (Shawn) of Vale; her grandchildren, Colt Carpenter, Trent Carpenter, Ashley Carpenter, Christa Funderburke, Jamie Ruffino, Kyle Carpenter, Ethan Smith and Caleb Smith; and her great grandchildren, Jamison Martin, Deacon Smith, Saxon Smith, Lilly Carpenter, Evelyn Funderburke, Gabrielle Funderburke and Jaxon Carpenter.
