She was predeceased by: her parents, Abel Augustus Kale, Sr. and Odessa Honeycutt Kale; and her brother Abel Augustus Kale, Jr. (Butch). She is survived by: her husband Jim Huss; her children, Gregory Clayton Huss (Amanda) of Stanley, NC and Pamela Huss Cline (Perry) of Boone, NC; and her granddaughters, Peyton Cline, Maelin Huss and Emery Huss.
