We are sad to announce that on October 13, 2025, at the age of 54, Michael Emory Finger of Lincolnton, North Carolina passed away. Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Michael touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lynn Finger and Mary Louise Schulz Finger; and his niece Alexandra "Alex" Hart. He is survived by: his wife Angila Mercer Finger of Maiden; his son Jordan Finger of Maiden; his sister Jenni Hart (Tim); and his sibling's children, Laura Hart and Jack Hart. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Covenant Church (2168 Gastonia Hwy, Lincolnton, NC 28092). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
