He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Hinson (Charles) of Stanley, NC; his siblings, Charlie Hord (Gail) of Denver, NC and Susan Avery of Lincolnton, NC; his grandchildren, Sarah Girod, Katie Rawls, Charlotte Hinson and Corbin Hinson; and his sister-in-law Carol Seagle. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
