She is survived by: her children, Matthew Jacobs (Stephanie) of Lincolnton and Jeri Ryan (Rob) of Charlotte; her brother Dale Fields (Shelly); and her grandchildren, Parker Jacobs, Natalie Jacobs, Luke Ryan and Zachary Ryan.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (2858 NC-150, Lincolnton, NC 28092).
