He was predeceased by : his father Harold "Bud" Duckworth. He is survived by : his wife Kim Duckworth; his mother Doris Hoyle Duckworth; his children, Angie Grantham (David), Stacy Fickling (Tim), Hunter Felkel and Trevor Felkel (Tiffany); his brother Terry Duckworth (Marsha); and his grandchildren, Kate Grantham, Sarah Grantham, Lindsay Grantham, Audrey Felkel and Hank Felkel.
