He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence B. Crotts and Ethel Leatherman Crotts; his wife Rosa Ann Tucker Crotts; his siblings, C. B. Crotts, Elma Jean Crotts Hoyle and Rev. Johnny F. Crotts; his son-in-law James Robert Burgin; and his great grandchild Evan Riley Burgin.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gilda Burgin and Deborah Allen (Phil); his grandchildren, Deana DeLoach (Victor), Katie Leon Guerrero, Stephen Burgin (Kristina), Philip Allen (Angela), Marshal Allen (AT), Matthew DeLoach (Shelbey), Rosa DeLoach and Jose DeLoach Mayberry; his great grandchildren, Anthony Leon Guerrero, Evelyn Grace Leon Guerrero, Lillian Grace Burgin, Avery Burgin, Gabriel Burgin, Manoah Allen and Dominic Allen; and his siblings, Paul Crotts (Glenda), Ray Crotts (Donna), Gene Crotts (Maxine), Edna Alexander, Polly Lail and Freida Valcore.
