He is survived by: his parents, Clifford Vance and Merline Vance; his brothers, Brian Collier (Melinda) of Pecks Mill, WV, Greg Vance of Pecks Mill, WV, Bobby Collier (Becky) of Chapmanville, WV and Sheldon Vance (Jennifer) of Charleston, WV; and his close friend Darren Pettry of Connelly Springs, NC.
