He was predeceased by: his parents, David Kelly Ramsey and Louise Margaret Huffman Ramsey; and his siblings, Jane Ramsey, Ginger Ramsey and Ronnie Ramsey.
He is survived by: his daughter Lacey Spangler (Steven) of Cherryville; and his siblings, Linda Lovelace of Dallas, Kelly Ramsey of Florida and Bruce Ramsey of Florida. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
