She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosemary Birkley Armstrong and Harry E. Armstrong; her brothers, Harry C. Armstrong, Timothy Armstrong and Christopher Armstrong; and her husbands, Kenneth Rose and Gilbert Hutton.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Dawson and Kenneth Rose (Holly) of Lincolnton, NC; her pets, Emma and Ginger; her sister-in-law Elizabeth Armstrong Snowden; her nephew Jason Bradley; and her great-nephew Michael Dawson. She is also survived by seven granddaughters; one grandson; several great-grandchildren.
