She was predeceased by : her parents, John Dewey Hester and Ester Mae Liggen Hester. She is survived by : her husband Johnny Cooper; her children, Crystal Gail Cooper of Vale, Robert Cooper of Lincolnton, Gary Cooper of Vale, Johnny Cooper of Lincolnton and Ronald Wayne Cooper; and her siblings, James Hester of Lincolnton and Julia Land of Lincolnton. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
