She was predeceased by : her parents, Erman Ramsey and Girtha Moore Ramsey; and her husband Kemp Caldwell. She is survived by : her daughter Shirley C. Wilkinson (Kenny) of Lincolnton; her grandsons, Jake Wilkinson (Kaleigh) of Lincolnton and Ethan Wilkinson (Rebecca) of Lincolnton; her great grandchild Eddie Wilkinson; and her siblings, Calvin, Steve of Lincolnton, Sammy, Carol of Concord, Virginia of Charlotte, Evelyn of Locust, Lavone of Charlotte and Violet.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Antioch Baptist Church (3413 NC-150, Lincolnton, NC 28092). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
