In the sacred silence of farewell, Sarah Robinette is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Sarah Robinette's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Robinette and Agnes Nixon Robinette; and her husband Roger McDowell Ballard. She is survived by: her sons, David Ballard of Maiden and Matthew Charles Ballard of Maiden; her granddaughter Shelby Lynn Ballard (John Genaro); and her siblings, Jim Robinette of Denver and Jane Robinette Harris of Lucia.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Friendly Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the charity of one's choice.
