He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill G. Kester and Jimmie Fox Kester. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Kester of Dallas and Anna Kester of Dallas; his brother Andy Kester; and his grandchildren, Olivia Brannon, Lucas Kester and River McGuire.
