He is survived by: his brother Harold Cabiness (Gail) of Lincolnton; his sisters-in-law, Linda Cabiness and Nina Cabiness; his grandchildren, Amber Payseur, Quentin Payseur, Brandon Sumner, Dylan Sumner, John David Anderson, Makayla Phelan, Charli Phelan, Dustin Phelan, Tyler Phelan, Ethan Gengenbacher, Cash Cabiness and Cyrus Cabiness; and also, Wendy Payseur (Phillip) of Lincolnton, Dawn Anderson (Tracy) of LaPorte, TX and Skipper Sumner of California.
