He is survived by: his mother Mary Evelyn Wilson Coffey; his wife Diane H Coffey; his children, Samuel L Coffey and Kelly D Parsons (Jamie) of Boone, NC; his grandsons, Blake and Lucas Parsons; and his sibling's children, Casey Miller, Brittany Morris and Heather Ford.
