We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Gus Schraddar Thomas of Linwood, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roland Henry Thomas and Pearl Bass Thomas; his wife Ruth King Thomas; his granddaughter Angelique; his children, Darwin Wayne Thomas (Susan) of Linwood, Stewart Thomas (Janet) of Salisbury and Janet Patterson (David) of Clermont; his grandchildren, Rachelle (Christian), Jeremy (Michelle), Richard (Katie), Keith and Stewart; and his great grandchildren, Max, Violet, Parker, Payton, Angelique and Maddie. He was also cherished by fourteen brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Higher Ground Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
