He is survived by: his children, Ben-Jamel Boyd of Los Angeles, CA, India Williams (Alonzo) of Roanoke Rapids, NC and Lisa Nicole Hunter of Murfreesboro, NC; his grandchildren, Landon Boyd, London Boyd, Liam Boyd and Alonzo Williams, Jr.; his siblings, Claude W. Boyd (Gina) of Chattanooga, TN, Ruby A. Boyd, Elaine D. Boyd of East Elmhurst, NY, Annie S. Young of Washington, DC, Glendolia Armwood of Roanoke Rapids, NC and Timolin Massenburg (Gary) of Littleton, NC; and his sister-in-law Elsie P. Boyd of Roanoke Rapids, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
