As we bid adieu to Beverly Devon's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Beverly Devon has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Eddie Swindell and Beatrice Patrick Swindell; and her brothers, Berwyn Swindell (Piggy), Johnny Joyner (Don) and Alexander Joyner (Alex).
She is survived by: her sister Melba; her brother-in-law Alton Griggs of Winterville; her sibling's children, Tiera Griggs of Winterville, Michelle Dixon of Ayden, NC and Justin Brown of Farmville; and her great-nephews, Tyshawn (T. J.) of Winterville and Jayce of Winterville. She is also survived by cousins and close friends.
