He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mullins and Lona Thornsbury Mullins; his brother Carl Mullins; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Thornsbury. He is survived by: his siblings, Gerald Mullins (Veronica) of Littleton, NC, Norman Mullins (Donna) of Haysi, VA, Bill Mullins (Janie) of Grundy, VA and Joann Thornsbury of Lake Frederick, VA; and his sister-in-law Shirley Mullins of Jolo, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and numerous extended family and friends.
