It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Franklin Proctor (Littleton, North Carolina), who passed away on April 7, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Ralph M. Proctor; and his granddaughter Jennifer L. Rodwell. He is survived by: his wife Billie Vern Billups Proctor; his children, Tim Proctor, Jody Proctor and Jami Proctor Phillips (Ed); his sister Debbie Furr; and his grandchildren, Jessica Lunsford (Gregg), Brandy Brannock (William), Brittany Proctor, Crystal Rollinson of Mackenzie Proctor, D. J and Riley Proctor. He is also survived by his twelve great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorials be directed to the Warrenton Lions Club or Donate Life America.
