He is survived by: his mother Dorothy B. Booth; his siblings, Ronnie Booth (Renee), Mickey Newkirk and Sheils Wilstead (Monte); his cousin Cathy Powell; his former wife Linda Booth; his stepdaughter Jennfer Blevins (Scott); his aunt Emma Booth Simmons (Clifford); his uncle Carl Booth; and his close friends, Cocoa and Jerome. He is also survived by one great aunt, Ethel Washington; six nephews, four nieces, five great nieces, eight great nephews.
