He was predeceased by: his siblings, Hugh R. Felts, Clyde A. Felts, James W. Felts, Willie M. Felts, Charlie W. Felts, Roy E. Felts and Rosa Felts Whitby.
He is survived by: his wife Joeann Jackson Felts; his children, William Turner Felts (Carrie), Jennifer Felts Hargrave (Ronnie) and Sandy Felts; his grandchildren, Avery Hargrave, Ryan Lee Hargrave, Makayla Hargrave and Makenzie Hargrave; and his stepgranddaughter Amber Hines.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jerusalem Global Methodist Church (850 Paschall Station Rd, Warrenton, NC 27589). A burial was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025.
