He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Brown, Jr. and Sarah Senora Dowtin Brown; and his sister Lina Mae B. Dowsey. He is survived by: his wife Verna Leath; his sons, Douglas Alexander Brown (Danielle) and Adam Clinton Brown (Sadayah); his stepdaughter Keira Leath-West; his granddaughter Genesis Gianna Brown; his sister Mertis B. Horton; his nieces and nephews, Jacqueline Caine, Joyce Caine, Charles Timmons, Joseph Jimson (Jessica) and Erika Horton; his uncle George E. Dixon; and his aunt Mildred Dowtin.
Because of Covid-19, the wearing of masks, social distancing, and limiting the number of persons in attendance will be practiced.
