With sadness, we share the passing of Louise Turner Byrd of Littleton, North Carolina. Louise, born on January 30, 1934, passed away on July 7, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Hunter; her grandparents, Lille S. and John B. "Jack" Turner; her husband Milton Lend Byrd; her son Donald Ray Byrd; and her grandchildren, Anthony B. Byrd and Jessica Byrd.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anita Byrd Taylor (Jerry) of Holly Springs and Brenda Byrd Painter (Ray) of Belmont; and her grandchildren, April Taylor Gumaer, Kevin Taylor, Charles Painter and Christy Painter Orr.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Liberty Home Health & Hospice of Roanoke Rapids, in her memory.
