It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otis Baker (Littleton, North Carolina), who passed away on March 17, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Labrian Perkins of Stantonburg, NC, Kevin Horn of Charottle, NC and Chiquita Taylor of Wilson, NC; and his siblings, Roland Baker of Washington, DC and Gasty Ruffin. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
