He is survived by: his mother Alice Paschall Sasser; his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Boyd Hamm; his son Jason Boyd; his siblings, Larry Hamm, Arlene Faye Rivera, Arthur Ray Poythress, Ricky Lee Poythress and Barbara Louise Poythress; his granddaughter Angel Kay Boyd; his nephew Felix Rivera, Jr.; and his niece Danielle Poythress.
Robert's wishes were to encourage people to consider organ and tissue donation that could save or enhance and improve other's lives.
