In the vast expanse of eternity, Theodore shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Theodore farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Severland Griner Sr. and Linnie Burtis Griner. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Hood Griner; his brother Grady Albert "Al" Griner (Debbie Griner); his daughters, Stacy Eleanor Griner and Kristin Carol Griner (Keith Baton); and his sibling's children, David, Nate Dayton, Albert L. Griner and Michelle L. Pearson (Griner).

Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Blaylock Funeral Home - Littleton (109 Johnston St, Littleton, NC 27850). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
