She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmanuel Guy Parks and Dorothy Parks. She is survived by: her husband Floyd Gene Almond; her daughter Jennifer Reeves (Spencer) of Canton, NC; her grandsons, Dawson and Dallas Reeves; her sisters, Bernice Simmons of Stuart, VA and Elaine Smith of Albemarle, NC; and her caregiver Brenda.
