He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Dawne Stafford (Raymond) and Scott Chapman (Denise); his grandchildren, Hunter Chapman, Jessica Stafford, Kayla Chapman, Kristen Stafford and Hannah Stafford; his great grandchildren, Raelynn, Kyleigh and Ryleigh; and his brother Ronnie Chapman (Barbara).

Memorials may be made to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.
