He is survived by: his wife Jeweldean Hughes Kinney; his children, Dwayne Kinney Sr. (Liz) of Lexington and Dr. Sonja Parks (Lee) of Lexington; his siblings, Jimmy Kinney (Debbie) of Lexington, Shirley Lamb of Lexington, Laura Kepley of Lexington, Linda Montgomery (Gary) of Lexington and Alice Dennis (Steve) of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Dwayne David Kinney Jr., J. D. of Atlanta, Matthew Everette Kinney, Austin Lee Parks of Asheville and Aiden Lee Parks.
