He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Cordell Gordon and Esther Mae Gordon; and his sister Brenda Hoggy. He is survived by: his wife Carla Gordon of Locust, NC; his sons, Chris Gordon and Bryan Gordon; his stepdaughter Ashley Alpheaus; his grandchildren, Summer, Nikki, Kyle and Rahsha; and his siblings, Wanda Bowers, Cathy Eudy, Larry Freeman and Van Gordon.

Donations may be made to Hospice of Montgomery County.
