It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary James Smith of Locust, North Carolina, born in Albemarle, North Carolina, who passed away on June 7, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Laura Eudy Smith; and his wife Nancy Page Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Tracy (Michele) and Terry; his grandchildren, Jordan and Aiden; his great grandchild Terry (Mary); his brother Graylon (Sherry); his close friend Phyllis; his friend Gary; and also, Bryson, Caden and Rylee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws.
