He is survived by: his children, Wayne Benson Cook (Barbara) of Locust and Cynthia Ann Cook (Darrell) of Locust; his grandchildren, Danielle Cook, Michelle Simmons (Bryan), Jesse Yandle (Sarah), Savannah Harpe (Chase) and Cody Yandle (Olivia); his close friend Edna Tucker; and his friend Joe Taylor. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
