He is survived by: his mother Jennifer Surratt (Tony Cagle) of Albemarle; his siblings, Matthew Burleson of Locust, Nash Cagle of Albemarle and Sadie Cagle of Albemarle; his grandparents, Diane Surratt of Oakboro, Billy Surratt of Oakboro, J. D., Joyce Burleson of Locust, Lewis and Bobbie Cagle of Albemarle; his great-grandparent Jewel Burleson of Locust; and his pet Rose.
