He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Lamar King Sr. and Joan Harper Briggs. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Lancaster King; his children, Jeffrey Alan King Jr. (Xingyue Sarah King) of Pittsburgh, PA and Kara Elizabeth King (Tyler Chamberlain) of Lynnwood, WA; his brother Larry King Jr. of Dublin, GA; and his nephews, Trey King (Heather) of Macon, GA and Kevin King of Midland, TX. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Stanly Funeral & Cremation Care - Locust (501 N Central Ave, Locust, NC 28097). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Townsend Brothers Funeral Home (215 W Jackson St, Dublin, GA 31021).
