He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin Mulligan and Liberty Virginia Cooper Mulligan; his wife Nancy Rose Mulligan; his sisters, Sandra, Connie and Lois Kay; and his son Patrick Wayne Mulligan.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Julia Reinert (Darin), Andrea Sierra (Jason), Patrick Mulligan (Jennifer), Katie Mulligan, Lindsey Mulligan, Cody Errington (Natalie), Conner Mulligan (Lindsey) and Cameron Treadway.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Locust.
