She is survived by: her husband Jerry Patrick Mulligan; her children, Mark Edward Mulligan (Leigh Anne) of Oakboro and Laura Kay Mulligan Treadway (Kenneth) of Oakboro; her grandchildren, Julie Reinert (Darin), Andrea Sierra (Jason), Patrick Mulligan (Jennifer), Katie Mulligan, Lindsey (Mike), Cody Errington, Conner Mulligan and Cameron Treadway; and her great grandchildren, Caitlin, Bella, Jacob, Emma, Aubree, Henry and Aleighna.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the Locus First Baptist Preschool.
