She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Osborne and Margaret Osborne; her siblings, David Osborne and Sue Johnson; and her brother-in-law Tommy Brooks.
She is survived by: her husband Ken Brooks; her children, Kimberly VonCannon (Chad) of Locust, NC and Brian Judson (Vickie) of Apex, NC; her grandchildren, Tucker and Parker VonCannon; her stepdaughters, Melissa Brooks and Fran Sholar (Darren); her stepgrandchildren, Delani Sholar, Kati Sholar, Molli Sholar and Erin Loflin; her sister Cindy Cummings (Jimmy); and her sisters-in-law, June Osborne and Carol Brooks. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and a nephew.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the United Love Baptist Church (11487 Flowes Store Rd, Midland, NC 28107-9424). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
