Bobby Wheless Davis Obituary

Bobby Wheless Davis, 88, of Louisburg passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Franklin Oaks Nursing. He was born on April 18, 1937, to the late William Davis and Maggie Fuller Davis in Warren County, NC.

In addition to his parents, Bobby is preceded in death by his wife Frances Pearce Davis, and his siblings, Winston Davis, Donald Davis, Barbara Mclean and Ralph Davis.

Left to cherish his memory are his son, William Davis and wife Dawn, his grandson, Stephen Davis, his twin sister, Betty Perry as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Bobby was a faithful member of Maple Springs Baptist Church. He was the owner and operator of Bobby's Discount Store and G & B Auto Sales in Louisburg for over 25 years. Bobby was also a member of the Franklin County Shriners. He will be missed tremendously by his friends and family as well as the Louisburg community.

Family will receive friends and visitors on Sunday, June 15, 2025, from 6-8pm at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804. N Bickett Blvd, Louisburg, NC 27549. A Graveside Service will be held on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 11:00am at Maple Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, 1938 NC Hwy 56 E Louisburg, North Carolina 27549 and will be officiated by Pastor Jason Havens.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services of Louisburg.
