Chuck Shearin Obituary
Charles Leslie "Chuck" Shearin, 67, passed away on January 12, 2026 as a result of an accident. Chuck was born on February 25, 1958 to the late Bobby Bruce and Shirley Griffin Shearin. In addition to his parents , Chuck was preceded in death by a brother Alton Shearin.
Chuck is survived by his children, Jamie Shearin (Renee), Stacy Kyle Shearin (Sarah), and Haley S. Dudding (Dalton); his stepsons, Dean Bobbitt and Kyle Bobbitt; his grandchildren, Michaela Moore (Cullen), Justin Shearin, Jacey Shearin, Everly Shearin, Weston Shearin, Stafford Shearin, Haddon Shearin, Rhyne Bobbitt, Harold Bobbitt, Sophia Bobbitt , Kyleigh Bobbitt, and Thaddeus Bobbitt; his 5 great-grandchildren, Colson, Calum, Cate, Carsie, and Cassie; and his siblings, Barry Shearin (Helen), Debbie Carter, Mark "P-Nut" Shearin (Dawn), Ken Shearin and Amy Leonard (Jr.).
Chuck was a hard worker, spending most of his life laying carpet and tile before "retiring" to truck driving. He loved his children and was very proud of all of them. He was a very giving person, willing to help anyone. Chuck loved a great deal, and he never threw something away that he might think there was a use for.
Friends and family will be received from 5:00-5:45 pm on Friday, January , 16, 2026 at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N Bickett Blvd. Louisburg, NC 27549; where a memorial service will be held at 6:00pm in the chapel.
