Jennifer Stasia Bennett Obituary

Jennifer Stasia Bennett, lovingly known as Jenny to most, passed away unexpectedly at the age of 48. Jenny was born on February 15, 1978, in Palm Beach, Florida. She was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, aunt, and friend whose life was defined by creativity, compassion, faith, imagination, and a deep love for the people and animals around her.

A graduate of Louisburg High School, Jenny continued her education at Vance-Granville Community College, East Carolina University, and Louisburg College. She carried with her throughout life a love of learning and a curiosity about the world around her.

Jenny dedicated much of her professional life to helping others. She worked in insurance at Ever Rise and previously worked at Home Depot, where she served as a supervisor. She was a hardworking woman who took pride in her responsibilities and the relationships she built with the people she encountered throughout her career.

Jenny was a member of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Louisburg. Her faith was an important part of her life and provided her with comfort, strength, and a sense of community.

From an early age, Jenny embraced the arts and creativity. She was a ballet dancer with Catenacci Dance Studio, where she developed an appreciation for movement, music, and artistic expression. That creative spirit remained with her throughout her life. Jenny loved to paint and found joy in bringing color, beauty, and emotion to a blank canvas. Painting was more than simply a pastime for her—it was a way to express herself and share the way she saw the world.

Jenny had a special love for flowers, particularly poppies, and found beauty in the natural world around her. She was drawn to anything magical, mystical, and fantastical. Fairytales, imagination, fantasy, and the possibility of worlds beyond the ordinary captured her heart. Her love of Disney was another reflection of that sense of wonder and her belief in the joy and magic that could be found in a story.

Jenny also had an extraordinary love for animals. She cared deeply for them and was always willing to give her time, attention, and love to an animal in need. Whether caring for her own beloved pets or helping another animal, she showed them tenderness, patience, and compassion. Her heart had a special place for animals who needed someone to care for them.

A lifelong lover of creativity and entertainment, Jenny was also an avid gamer. She especially enjoyed playing Fortnite, Roblox, and Disney Dreamlight Valley. Some of her happiest moments were spent playing alongside her family, sharing adventures, laughter, and countless hours of fun with them. These games became more than entertainment—they were another way for Jenny to connect with the people she loved and share in their world.

Jenny loved poetry and appreciated the beauty and emotion found in words. She also had a passion for music, enjoying the energy and emotion that made it so special to her. Her love of all things reflected a woman who never lost her sense of wonder.

Above all, Jenny will be remembered for the love she gave to her family and friends. She was creative, compassionate, strong-willed, loving, imaginative, and unmistakably herself. She had a way of bringing color, character, and a little bit of magic into the lives of those around her.

Her unexpected passing leaves a tremendous void in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. While her time with us was far too short, the love she gave, the lives she touched, the animals she cared for, the laughter she shared, and the beauty she created will remain.

Jenny is survived by her beloved son, Kai Evan Bennett; her parents, Charles and Barbara Bennett; her siblings, Ronald Bennett (Karen), Deborah Fowler (Anthony), and David Bennett (Christy); and her cherished nieces and nephews, Morgan Bennett, Matthew Bennett (Chloe), Baylee Fowler, Charles Fowler, Shanlee Fowler, Bradlee Fowler, and Oz Bennett. and her great-nephew Mitchell.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Stella and Paul Janocha, and her paternal grandparents, Charles and Jimmie Bennett.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Lancaster Funeral and Cremation Services, 804 N. Bickett Blvd., Louisburg, NC. The family will receive friends and visitors immediately following the service.

In honor of Jennifer, the family asks that those attending wear purple, her favorite color.

In Jenny's memory, you might also consider caring for an animal in need, enjoying a field of flowers, listening to a favorite rock song, reading a beautiful poem, playing a favorite game with someone you love, watching a beloved Disney movie, or simply allowing yourself to believe in a little magic.

Jenny's life was a canvas uniquely her own—painted with love, faith, compassion, creativity, music, imagination, flowers, friendship, family, and a little bit of magic. Though her painting was left unfinished far too soon, the colors she brought into the lives of others will remain forever.

Her story may have ended unexpectedly, but the magic she created in the lives of those who loved her will never fade.
