He is survived by: his wife Gloria Cooke Denton; his children, Sandy Murphy, Jane Worley, Eddie (Tiffini Denton) and Nicky (Tiffany Denton); his stepchildren, Sue Gay, Diane Maniply, Jean Carter, Patricia Arnold, Mike Liles and Charlie Liles; his grandchildren, John Wilson, Lawrence Turner, Amanda Worley, Jordan Denton and Megan Denton; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin Wilson, Faith Wilson, Caleb Sparks and Jonas Carlyle. He is also survived by 14 step grandchildren and 25 step great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
