He is survived by: his sons, Eric Booth (Amy) and Christopher Booth (Allison); his sisters, Sherry Witt and Ginger Austin; his nieces, Shanda Crist (Matt), Lindsay Witt and Carlie Austin; his nephew Jacob Austin; his great-nephew Dylan; and his great-niece Hayden Crist. He is also survived by his uncles; his aunt and many cousins.
